This post really has nothing to do with recruiting but not everything in life does.

I am looking to find out about software that can be purchased that can run a site like blogger so that someone can sign up for their own personal blog. I am also looking for email software that can be web driven so that someone can come an sign up for an email address with a particular domain that I have.
